DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 18 (MExN): Assisi Centre for Integrated Development (ACID), in collaboration with the National Domestic Workers Movement (NDWM), Nagaland Region, commemorated International Migrants Day on December 18. The event was held under the theme, "One City Many Journeys – Honouring Migrants and Shaping a Shared Future."
Sr Jobina, UFS Director of ACID, highlighted the significance of the day, while Advocate Priya Shyam, the keynote speaker, shed light on the challenges faced by migrants in unfamiliar urban settings. She also underscored the importance of ensuring safe migration. The programme witnessed participation from around 130 attendees.
