Mokokchung, September 27 (MExN): The Mokokchung Additional Deputy Commissioner Shashank Pratap Singh has informed all parties whose buildings, plantations, utilities or any other structures along the Changtongya – Longleng Road have been acquired and compensated under the under Section 9 (1) (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act, 1965, to vacate the premises within 15 days. After the stipulated time, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway (MoRTH) will take possession of the acquired land for construction of 2 lane of Changtongya – Longleng road (SARDP-NE) immediately without further notice, the ADC’s order stated.
