Our attention has been drawn, to the news item published in your esteem daily on 09-06-13, UNDER THE CAPTION "Central Jail Authority respond to news item", it has been stated that the complainant "Medokholie Zashumo" in connection with the case of accused Deepak Borah and others, is well known to the advocates of the accused is a false and fabricated story, the advocates of the accused Deepak Borah has no knowledge about the complainant and never knew him as such the clarification given by the Central Jail Authority is denied in to and there is no Iota of truth in such clarification.
What we have done, we have done, as a responsible advocates to look after the protection of our client/accused, this type of clarification by the Central Jail authority is most misleading. We have not accused anybody but what, we stated in my press meet, that after the release of an accused by a Judicial Authority has again been Kidnapped, inside the Central Jail by an unidentified person for which we requested for security of a person which we did not get and ultimately "we were a silent spectator at that moment".
