Kohima, July 9 (DIPR): The Bi-monthly meeting of AHODs and HODs was held on July 7 at the Secretariat Conference Hall Kohima. The meeting discussed about the preparation of celebration of Independence Day on August 15. The Chief Secretary highlighted the works distribution to various departments for the ensuing Independence Day celebration.
Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner, Alemtemshi briefed the House about the Approach to the 12th Plan presented by Minister for Planning & Coordination, T.R. Zeliang at Guwahati recently. The Personnel & Administrative Reforms department highlighted the procedure for writing ACR/APAR in the new format. The department of Health & Family Welfare presented some activities and plans involving different departments who can help the people living with HIV. The NEDFI official presented some of the programme and project undertaken in the NE States as the third party for grant of schemes.
