Dimapur, September 8 (DIPR): In order to raise fund for the celebration of advent Christmas at Alahuto Colony, sales day was organised on September 8, 2011 at Alahuto Church complex. Executive Engineer Road & Bridges, Vikheto Aye who graced the occasion as the chief guest thanked the members for organising such programme in the colony and appreciated the price setting of vegetables sold at reasonable price. He said the committee is paying good service to the man as well as service to the God. This type of income generating programme should be organised from time to time which is encouraging for the youths and upcoming for the self sufficiency, he added.
Earlier the invocation was pronounced by Tokugha SBAZ, Kiviho K. Achumi on behalf of the committee members thanked the chief guest for gracing the occasion and also thanked Mr & Mrs Huvito Yepthomi Deacons, Deaconess and Convenor Alahuto Church for their support and for providing accommodation. He further thanked all the invitees for their presence and also thanked the Sunday school in-charge and all the youth volunteer who rendered their valuable services for the programme. The programme was chaired by Samuel Deacon.
