Dimapur,March 11 (mexn): Altrura Society (AuS) as part of its year plan activities and social service today visited Dimapur Life Challenge(DLC) Chumukedima and donated food & sports items for the inmates of DLC.
While delivering short speech, Ruopfiivituo Yano, Director DLC thanked the Altrura Society for the noble services and contributions towards the Ministry and urged them to continue working for the uplift of the weaker sections of society.
In the fellowship service, Ketusilie Meru, General Secretary AuS exhorted the gathering quoting from the Bible Genesis 1:27. “We are a wonderful creation of God and we should live our life for the glory of God and for the good of others,” he added.
Meanwhile, AuS President Visakuolie Medom highlighted the aims and objectives of the Society, and informed that it has been working as a social service agency to empower and develop the community by serving the people in need without discrimination for an all round development of society.
A mass prayer was held for the inmates followed by light refreshments.
