Kohima, January 29 (DIPR): The apex body of the Angami Women Organisation (AMK) will hold its annual conference-cum- inauguration of AMK Hall on January 31 at 11:00 a.m. at the AMK building complex. President, Ura Academy, Dr. ShurhozelieLiezietsu will grace the occasion as chief guest.
Pastor, CRC Chedema, VimedoKeyho will lead with the invocation prayer. President of AMK, RuokuoheuMiachieo will chair the meeting. Various reports by the AMK officials, Nomination Committee Report by the Convenor, dedicatory prayer for the new office bearers for the next session from 2018-2020 and address by the newly elected President, special number to be presented by SAWO are some of the highlights of the programme. Vote of thanks would be pronounced by Salhoutuonuo Kruse, Advisor, AMK. About 100 persons of the women folk under the aegis of AngamimiapfuMechuKrotho (AMK) from each of the four regions of the Agnami area such as NAWO, SAWO, WAWO and CAWO respectively are being invited to the conference. All the participants have been requested to come in traditional attire and also invited to the feast thereafter.
