Dimapur, February 5 (MExN): The Angamimiapfü Mechü Krotho (AMK) would be launching new set of attires and accessories on February 9, at 3:00 p.m, at Angami Public Organisation (APO) Hall, Kohima.
A release issued AMK President, Salhoutuonuo Kruse, has informed that the official launching programme would be graced by Minister for Urban Development and Higher Education, Dr Shürhozelie Liezietsu as the chief guest. AMK President has asked all Angami citizens particularly AMK members to attend the programme without fail. She has also invited public leaders, youth leaders, student leaders and women leaders from Angami community to partake in the programme.
Other highlights of the official launching programme on February 9 would include invocation by Visasieü Dolie, Director ABTK; welcome address by Marlyn Sale, Advisor AMK and Vice President NMA; song by Lovo Mor and Vipiehu Chücha; solo by Kenei Chale; greetings by Keneingunyü Sekhose, President APO; and the vote of thanks by Rhitono Khate, Convenor AMK Weaving Committee. A brief note about the newly launched attires and accessories (waist coat and necklace) would be presented by Vimeno Liegise, general secretary CWO.
