“Through this esteemed column, I sincerely welcome and appreciate the wise decision of implementing the odd and even road rationing system for the safety and security of the public due to Covid-19 pandemic. However, in this regard, I would like to place my fervent prayer and appeal to the Govt. of Nagaland to kindly consider and exempt the two wheelers under odd-even number system to overcome the unseen burden of carrying essential commodities from far places particularly being faced by women folks and ladies and also for immediate attention of any emergency works as public transport like autos are completely barred from services. I believe that through this small note of concern, and on behalf of the two wheelers. the Govt. of Nagaland would consider our grievances and exempt the two wheelers from this odd-even scheme.
