An appeal to NSCN (IM)

I take the liberty to publish this Grievance to the Law & Justice Branch of the NSCN (IM) which has been necessitated for the benefit of the deprived Nagas and for true justice to prevail in this Christian land.

At the time when the Nagas are facing enough unemployment and lack of business opportunities, the Regional Office of the State Bank of India, located at the Super Market Complex has been conducting large innovations and repairs to its staff quarters at Bank Colony through a non-local contractor. The contract works have been allotted to the said contractor without calling for the mandatory tender and therefore illegal. The Indian Income Tax Authority must also take note to enquire whether the Bank deducted taxes from the contractor at source while making large payments to the contractor. Besides, the contractor is the brother-in-law of an officer posted at the same Branch of the Regional office of the Bank for quite a long time as if at will and residing in a so-called modest accommodation with his wife who is also a government servant. The said Bank officer has been doing various businesses/contract works of the Bank in his relatives name with logigal assistances from his colleagues.

Till recently SBI has been hiring a car on monthly basis for the last many years belonging to his mother who never visited Nagaland even once. Now, this is you call cheating and deprivations of the Nagas’ by a Bank that professes to serve Nagaland at its best. Therefore, since the Indian system is so much corrupted and henpecked of the corrupt, I pray to the Naga Government to help cleanse the system prevalent in Nagaland, bring the facts to light and bring the culprits to book thereby allowing natural justice to take its due course.
