It is hereby notifies that All Nagaland Field Staff Association (ANFSA) PHED held a meeting on 12-07-2012, at Headquarters, Kohima. Thereon, after much deliberations and having discussed the matter at threadbare it has been unanimously resolved to expel/impeach N.Zhekugha Assumi from the post of President ANFSA (PHED) inter-alia on the following grounds:
(i) That, N.Zhekugha Assumi on 27-06-2012, without having any consultations with the Central office bearers (ANFSA) PHED published in the Nagaland Post dated 27-06-2012, inviting all the departments at his own whims and fancies just to quenched his personal interest and as such Zhekugha Assumi had blatantly undermined the office of the ANFSA which is highly unbecoming and unprecedented in the history of ANFSA.
(ii) Again on 10-07-2012, N.Zhekugha Assumi, published in the Nagaland Post dated 10-07-2012,under the caption ANFSA (PHED)notifies wherein it is stated that general meeting was convened on July 12 at Raj Bhawan Kohima.However,the meeting will be fixed later by the department on July 16.Further,in the said notification it is stated that ANFSA(PHED) also warned that anybody organization the meeting without the knowledge of the president and central office bearers will be penalized according to its Constitution serial No.33 clause (a) and (c).
Thus, from the above, it clearly transpires that the News publication dated 10-07-2012,was published by N.Zhekugha Assumi at his own personal interest neither having any consultation with the Central office bearers nor the knowledge of the ANFSA (PHED).Therefore, the same is liable to be canceled and nullified. Interestingly, N.Zhekugha Assumi the then President had organized the meeting at its own wishful desire and in view of which the same can be treated as the meeting held in his own personal capacity and not on the strength of the ANFSA (PHED) and as such the same is well qualified to be disqualified in the eye of the law as well as in the eye of the ANFSA.
(iii) On, 12-07-2012, N.Zhekugha Assumi, once again published in The Morung Express reiterating the News publication dated 10-07-2012(Nagaland Post) undermining the Majesty and Dignity of the ANFSA (PHED).
In this regard it is pertinent to sate herein the Resolution No.6 unanimously adopted on 05-07-2000, by the ANFSA (PHED) and the same is reproduced herein below for ready reference.
Resolution No.6 “If any staff, whether a member of various units office bearers or central office bearers are found illegal activities against the Associations Consultation the Association is right to expel the guilty person from the Association.”
Therefore, in view of the above facts and circumstances and on the strength of the Resolution No.6 the All Nagaland Field Staff Association (PHED) on 12-07-2012, after much debate unanimously resolved to expel/impeach N.Zhekugha Assumi from the post of President-ship and B.Among Chang has been appointed as new President. Therefore, henceforth all the concerned authorities are hereby requested not to communicate nor transact any business with N.Zhekugha Assumi in the capacity of President of ANSFA (PHED).
