VFATI officials and others during free anti rabies vaccination and health care camp at Medziphema.
Medziphema, March 14 (MExN): A one-day free anti rabies vaccination and health care camp was conducted on March 13 at Veterinary Field Assistant Training Institute (VFATI) office premises, Medziphema.
The camp was sponsored by the state Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services Kohima.
More than 290 dogs/pets have been immunized against rabies which is a dreaded zoonotic disease.
Meanwhile, VFATI principal Dr H Inato Jimomi appreciated the pet lovers and farmers for their active participation with positive response and massive turn- out.
