Dimapur, April 14 (MExN): The Apex Diagnostic Clinic and Research Centre located at Naharbari junction, Dimapur was inaugurated by ex-MLA and Retd Addl Chief Engineer, Nagaland State Transport, Wochumo Kithan on April 14.
The chief guests, Wochumo Kithan in his speech recalled how the human population tremendously increased in Dimapur and expressed hope that the center would provide its best service to Dimapurians.
As per a press release received here, the newly launched Apex Diagnostic Clinic and Research Centre will provide facilities like Ultrasound, X-ray, Ultrasound Guided Interventions and Procedures, Culture and Sensitivity, Blood test and other routine tests, Master Health Checkup and OPD consultation.
Speaking at the inaugural, Senior Radiologist (DMRD), Madras Medical College Chennai), Dr Worshim Khmrang informed that the proprietor, Dr Lumbeni Kithan, MD Microbiology (Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore) will do the Culture and Sensitivity while he would be doing ultrasound, X-ray and Guided Procedures.
Elder brother of Dr Worshim, Ng Khamrang, SP & Head of Branch CBI Anti Corruption Branch, Imphal, also spoke at the occasion. He shared how he and Dr Worshim and other sibling in their family struggled in during their student life being from a poor family background and expressed profound happiness at the humble beginning of his brother and wife Dr Lumbeni.
Retd Engineer, PHE, R Kikon appreciated the initiative of providing service to the people of Dimapur by the couple doctors and assured support in future too.
Rev Vilodi Sakhrie, pastor, Town Baptist Church, Dimapur pronounced the dedicatory prayer.
