Dimapur, September 17 (MExN): 22-year-old Hemshou has reportedly become the “youngest” Block Development Officer (BDO) in Nagaland after clearing the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) Examination 2024 on her first attempt.
Securing All-Rank 12, Hemshou has been appointed as a Class-I Gazetted Officer in the state’s Rural Development Department, stated a press release issued by EduVersity Plus – Civil Service Preparation 2.0, Kohima.
Straight after graduation, she dedicated herself to civil service preparation by enrolling in an 8-month foundation course at a local institute.
“I wanted to make my preparation count from Day One. EduVersity’s structured guidance and test-oriented approach gave me the right direction and confidence. Clearing NPSC in the first attempt at 22 feels surreal, but it is proof that hard work and the right mentorship can truly change one’s destiny.” Hemshou told EduVersity Plus.
EduVersity Director expressed pride in her success, stating, “Hemshou represents the future of Nagaland. Her success story will inspire hundreds of aspirants who often hesitate or doubt themselves.”
