Sunday school children presenting choreography during the two day awakening programme organized for Sunday School children at Dimapur Sumi Baptist Church.
Dimapur, October 9 (MExN): A two day awakening programme on the theme ‘Growing in God’ was organized for Sunday school children especially for Class VI-X standard on October 7 and 8, 2011 at Dimapur Sumi Baptist Church. The programme was organized by Christian Education Department WSBAK with the aim to mould and nurture the upcoming generation with the word of God. The programme endeavors to create awareness and equip the growing children with the word of God so that they grow strong mentally, physically and spiritually.
The programme speakers included G.Akheto Sema, IPS, DIG & Chief Vigilance Officer, NEEPCO, Dr. Hotoka Hesso, M.O. ARTC, Dimapur, Rev Vitoshe Swu, Executive Secretary, WSBAK and Rev. Hovito Tuccu, Evangelist, WSBAK who spoke on different topics related to area confronted by youth of today. The awareness programme was participated by 19 churches and attended by more than 2000 children.
