Public leaders and volunteers at COVID-19 workshop organized by 164 TA and 22 Assam Rifles at Meluri Town.

Meluri, August 27 (MExN): As an effort to educate the public about COVID-19, personnel of the 164 Infantry Battalion (TA) Naga and 22 Assam Rifles organised workshop at Meluri town with the Pochury Students Union and Medical Officers from Community Health Center, Meluri.
The idea of the workshop was to create a small task force within every colony to educate and empower the people about COVID-19 so that they can assist their colony in dealing with the pandemic.
On the sideline, after the workshop, free medical camp was also organised by 22 Assam Rifles where free distribution of medicines were conducted.
ADC Meluri Chuba Temjen, and more than 80 volunteers from different colonies of Meluri town attended the workshop.
