Kohima, September 23 (MExN): As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to commemorate 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence, one-day event under the theme ‘showcasing India as a rising economic force’ will be held at Conference Hall, Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Kohima on September 25 at 10:00 am.
The event is organized by the District Industries Centre (DIC) Kohima, in collaboration with Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Agriculture and Export Products Development Authority of India (APEDA), Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and District Administration. Exporters’ Conclave for promotion of export oriented products to promote trade and export of local Agri-horti produces, processed food products, Handloom and Handicrafts and various exportable products from Kohima District. During the event, local exhibitors will showcase various local produces and products.
N Bhavani Sri (IAS) ADC Kohima will grace the inaugural programme. Resource persons and speakers from Central, State Government department and eminent entrepreneur will be sharing various prospects of exports and assistances available to support and uplift entrepreneur to take their business further.
In this regard, interested participants and entrepreneurs have been invited to attend the programme.
