MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu, the newly inducted Advisor to Department of Science & Technology, Government of Nagaland today had an introductory meeting with the department officials and staff in Kohima.
Addressing the gathering, Azo said “If Nagaland wants to move ahead, the political leadership needs to give more importance to this department.”
He asserted that the whole world is revolving and moving ahead because of Science and the advance Technology.
The department officials in their speeches hoped that Azo’ leadership would bring positive change in the department.
I Himato Zhimomi, Principal Secretary, Science & Technology and Sara S Jamir, Secretary, Science & Technology were among the many officials from the department present at the meeting.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Zeneikhonuo Vimero, ex-officio director HoD, Science & Technology department.
