Kohima, September 13 (MExN): The forthcoming 12th Session of 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly will lay annual administrative reports/annual and C&AG reports, assembly committee reports, introduce government bills and discussed matters of urgent public importance, among others.
The provisional programme for the 3-day session starting September 20 was finalised during the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the Assembly presided by the NLA Speaker, Sharingain Longkumer on September 13.
A press from the Assembly Secretariat informed that the following businesses would be taken up duringthe Session:
(I) Reporting on Assent to Bills
(2) Obituary Reference
(3) Questions
(4) Laying of Annual Administrative Reports/ Annual Reports
(5) Laying of Rules/ Regulations
(6) Laying of Assembly Committee Reports
(7) Introduction of the Government Bills
(8) Laying of C & AG Reports
(9) Discussion on Matters of Urgent Public Importance
(I 0) Introduction of Government Resolutions, if any
(11) Consideration and Adoption of Government Resolution, if any
(12) Unfinished Business, if any
(13) Adjournment of the session, sine die
