MOKOKCHUNG, OCTOBER 4 (MExN): After the successful intensive free boxing coaching camp in the month of July this year which saw the participation of 165 participants, the Boxing Association Mokokchung (BAM) will be organizing the 2nd coaching camp for the age group of 9-14 years old, both boys and girls from October 10-24.
The BAM is organizing the coaching camp in collaboration with the Department of Youth Resources & Sports (DYRS) and the Nagaland Amateur Boxing Association (NABA). A professional boxing coach and two Nagaland senior boxers as assistants have been roped in to conduct the camp.
A press release issued by BAM president, Lanuakum Imsong and general secretary, Bendangtemsu Ozukum informed that it has completed the elaborate logistic arrangements for holding the camp and has already booked the P. Shilu Ao Park, Imkongmeren Sports Complex.
Registration for attending the upcoming camp is free and forms will be available at Bio-Medical (Pharmacy) Imlong Place, Mokokchung. The collection of forms and registration will be done at the venue on October 9 from 3:30 PM onwards. It will be the only day for registration, after which no new registration will be accepted, the press release informed.
