KOHIMA, MARCH 19 (DIPR): The State Government Department of P&AR in an office memorandum, dated 15th March 2012, has banned extension of service or re-employment of Government servants who have attained the age of superannuation or completion of 35 years in service. The notification has stated that no extension of service or re-employment of Retired Government employees as consultant/Advisor or at any level shall be resorted to by the Department without prior clearance of P&AR Department, which has to be considered only on exceptional and very special grounds. The notification further stated that any deviations from the laid down instructions would be seriously viewed by the Government.
