Dimapur, July 1 (MExN): The Bharatiya Jana Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Nagaland in collaboration with the Health Volunteers Cell, BJP Nagaland today organised the National Doctor’s Day celebration program at District Hospital Dimapur.
A press release from BJYM General Secretary Hosheto Awomi informed that a total of 44 Doctors at District Hospital Dimapur were felicitated at the event by presenting them the Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of their selfless services rendered during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The State BJYM also felicitated 23 Doctor’s across Nagaland on Thursday for their selfless service, it said.
The programme was chaired by Hosheto, while Benjamin Yepthomi, State President, BJYM Nagaland delivered the keynote address. Basu Damani, Convenor, Health Volunteers Cell, BJP Nagaland felicitated the Doctors. A word of gratitude was delivered by Dr. Khrielasanuo, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Dimapur, followed by light refreshment, it added.
