The Nagaland unit of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has announced an initiative to sponsor free coaching for youths aspiring for the civil and banking services. The announcement was made by the state BJYM President, V Khekato Awomi on September 17, at press conference in Dimapur, coinciding with the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Awomi said that the initiative was in collaboration with Dimapur-based coaching institute— Edufy.  Under the programme 75 youths will be offered free coaching at Edufy to prepare for central and state competitive exams.  The scholarship scheme will cover five courses— UPSC, NPSC, NSSB, SSC, and Banking. The duration of the coaching will vary depending on the course, with UPSC training extending for more than a year, NPSC for eight months; and NSSB, SSC, and banking for six months each.

According to him, the initiative was inspired by the Prime Minister’s vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas,” with special emphasis on youth empowerment and providing equal opportunities to all, especially youths from underprivileged backgrounds.

The Edufy management expressed their commitment to delivering high-quality coaching and mentorship, enabling aspirants to dream big and achieve success.

Registration for the scholarship has opened and will continue until October 2, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti. A selection test will be conducted on October 4 at the Edufy institute, and the results will be declared on October 13. The top 75 candidates will be awarded 100 percent scholarships to pursue their chosen course.

It was informed that there is no age limit for applicants. Registration can be done both online through a QR code and offline by contacting the institute directly. For further information, students may reach out to the helpline numbers 8787852328 and 9366937707.
