Mkg declares half-day for Silver Jubilee kickoff
Mokokchung, October 12 (MExN): The Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Nagaland, has declared a half-day holiday for all schools across the Mokokchung district on October 13.
According to an order issued by Deputy Commissioner Ajit Kumar Verma (IAS) on October 12, the holiday has been announced in view of the grand opening ceremony of the 25th (Silver Jubilee) edition of the Dr T Ao Trophy Inter-District Football Championship 2026 and to encourage maximum participation of youth.
All principals, school administrations, and headmasters have been directed by the administration to strictly ensure compliance with the half-day holiday in their respective educational institutions.
