I on behalf of the citizen strongly urge the B.S.N.L. Department and its higher authorities for their immediate intervention into the frequent Telephone line failure at Tseminyu for which the general public were made to face untold and unwanted difficulties, and at the same time totally hampering the all round developmental activities of the Sub-Division.
But also at the same time understanding the problem of the Department, we on several occasion have remain silent and patience knowing that problem being a universal thing is bound to be faced by each and every one, but instead the department taking advantage of our mild attitude and patience did not give any due concern to our appeals and request. So in order to get the clear picture of the Department negligence on this matter, I bring this few queries which I hope the Department will give your stand clear.
Firstly, why is it, when few telephone lines are working, the rest are totally out of order? Secondly, the most surprising and interesting fact is the bogus bill which is still pouring in, while the whole telephone line is out of order for months and years, leaving aside other taxes levied upon the consumers?
Thirdly, with the whole world already a global village, and with advancement of modern technologies, is the Department still lacking behind those modern equipments? Whether the sub-station at Tseminyu is for the welfare of the people or only for decorating and beautifying the Town or only for their pecuniary gain?
I hope B.S.N.L being a reputed Department and a leading company in India will come out openly to address these issues in an amicable way at the earliest possible time for the smooth and cordial functioning between the Department and the general public before the general public lost hope and confidence in your Department.
