BSNL services-who’s to shoulder the blame

After decades Naga peoples’ dream came true when Mobile (both cell phone and WLL) was launched in Nagaland. Each and every one hoped and had faith in BSNL that it would change Nagaland and enable Nagas to live in the global world. However, it has changed its name to BUSY SERVICE NAGALAND LINE (BSNL).

With due respect and honour, I would like to lay down some of my opinions to BSNL. Kindly take serious note of your busy service and endeavor to change the theme “try after sometime busy service” to “bill has to be paid in time”. In Nagaland, in every 30 minutes, 50% of Mobile, WLL, land line phones and internet service gets to listen to the sound of beautiful lady, “try after sometime”

Since daily local news papers carry stories about the poor services of BSNL, they do not care about the people of Nagaland. In rural area WLL and land line phones are like babies’ toys. Once in blue moon in some rural areas, they hear the phone ring. In this context, BSNL should read as “BACKWARD SERVICE NO LINE”

In the heart of Dimapur, at the City Tower Junction there is a big pothole on the road since last month. Every week people meet with accidents due to the very pothole. It is my humble request to the authorities concerned and BSNL to repair the pothole so as to prevent accidents from happening. A few days ago my friend and I erected a bamboo and timber for the public safety of drivers.

Lastly but not the least, I request all the BSNL mobile and phone users to be humble and pay the bill in time to prevent busy service in Nagaland.
