CANSSEA to push for govt perks

Dimapur, May 27 (MExN): The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services & Employees Association (CANSSEA) is said to have resolved to claim ‘IAS quota’ on promotion and implementation of the 6th RoP “packaged maternity leave” for women employees. The two stated points were some of the ‘resolutions’ the CANSSEA during a meeting on May 25 with its divisional units and affiliated organizations.  Stating the ‘resolutions’ in a press release, received here , the CANSSEA said it would claim “quota of IAS post on promotion including lateral Induction to NCS for other services” as well as push for implementation of 6th ROP “packaged maternity leave” for women employees of the State. 

Other resolutions the CANSSEA stated was “decentralization of fund to HoDs” and “discussion on the appeal of stopping/ rectifying   absorption of central service officers to State secretariat, transfer of HoDs and pay anomaly for the rank of additional secretary and additional director and etc.” “The meeting had a fruitful deliberation and the faith and confidence of the Units reposed upon the office bearers for which we are grateful and hereby renew our pledge of service for the CANSSEA and the members and at the same time we appeal to all concern to extend their kind full cooperation and support in the days to come,” the CANSSEA stated.
