Dimapur, May 1 (MExN): In order to capacitate and refine the training skills of the ATMA functionaries, SAMETI conducted a two days training on ‘Training Method’ at SAMETI, Medziphema from April 29 - 30. A press release informed that the training was imparted on important topics such as concept of training, training needs assessment, training objectives formulation, field trip, participatory lecture, demonstration and group discussion. Assistant Technology Managers and Block Technology Managers from different districts of Nagaland participated in the training. The pre and post evaluation of the trainees indicated remarkable increase in the knowledge level of the trainees on the training imparted, stated the note. The training was imparted by Akumienla, Wondangbeni Kikon and Dr. Ithika Swu, Deputy Project Directors of SAMETI, Medziphema.
