Phek DC Rhosietho Nguori with others during capacity building-cum-review meeting on Mission Shakti schemes at Phek on September 2
Kohima, September 3 (MExN): The Capacity Building- cum- Review Meeting on Mission Shakti Schemes was held at Phek town on September 2.
Organised by District Administration & SANKALP-District Hub for Empowerment of Women, this programme was part of a 10-day Awareness Campaign under SANKALP on Women Centric Themes with an aim to review the progress and challenges in implementing Mission Shakti schemes in the district and enhance the capacity of functionaries to deliver services effectively.
Rhosietho Nguori, Deputy Commissioner, Phek & Chairperson Mission Shakti said that such review meetings should be conducted every quarter to share the best practices and identify areas for improvement in implementing Mission Shakti Schemes in the District .
Functionaries from Sakhi - One Stop Centre, Sakhi Niwas, Shakti Sadan, Palna/Creche and District Hub for Empowerment of Women, Phek delivered presentations on their respective programs and schemes, highlighting the progress made and challenges faced.
34 participants attended the meeting, including functionaries from the District Hub for Empowerment of Women, Sakhi- OSC, Shakti Saden , Sakhi Niwas and Creche workers under Phek District.
The meeting was chaired by Vilenuo K. Thisa, District Mission Coordination DHEW, Phek.
