CCCTA bans taxation, Christmas donation

Dimapur, December 3 (MExN): The Chumoukedima Chamber of Commerce & Trade Association (CCCTA) has informed all concerned that any kind of taxation or Christmas donation by any individuals or groups is strictly prohibited. CCCTA President Avi Chase and General Secretary James Kin in a press release informed that defaulters, if caught shall be severely punished. It further informed that, syndicate or tender system that monopolizes market is totally banned for public interest.  

In view of the arrival of festive season, CCCTA also requested all the shop owners/shopkeepers to clean and decorate their shops. Keeping in view the possible cases of extortion during this season, the Association requested the security agencies to make necessary arrangement to ward-off any unwanted incident in Chumoukedima area.  

While requesting all shops to remain open on Sundays to facilitate shopping for festive seasons, CCCTA also conveyed Christmas and New Year greetings to all.
