Dimapur, February 19 (MExN): The Chakhesang Thinkers’ Forum (CTF) honoured the newly elected Office Bearers of Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) during a felicitation programme at the Chakhesang Baptist Church Dimapur (CBCD) conference hall in Chakhesang Colony on February 18.
The event was attended by members of the CPO, CTF and others, stated a press release received here.
CTF Chairman SK Kenye chaired the programme. In his opening remarks, Kenye paid tribute to the late Khrutsoyi Luruo, a member of CTF and led a moment of silent prayer in his honour. Rev Dr P Bonny Resu, Senior Pastor of CBCD offered the invocation.
In his address, CPO President Vezuhu Keyho shared the organization’s vision for 2025-2027 and highlighted important roadmaps for the Chakhesang community. CTF elders, Besesayo Kezo, Mikha Lomi and Husazu Epao also spoke during the event.
The programme concluded with closing prayer of blessing by Rev Dr Weyiete, Chairman of Western Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (WCBCC).
