DIMAPUR, DEC 21 (MExN): The Tsiesema Village Chairman, Viyielhou today strictly prohibited changing the village name for convenience or for any other intention, stating that it would result in the loss of the very purpose of its existence. He stated that their ancestors, who as warriors and hunters, had ventured out from Chiesezouma Village under Phek District and founded the present Tsiesema village.
The Tsiesema Village Council has also informed all concerned individuals, NGOs, Churches, Societies and the Government departments to keep this in mind while addressing the name of the village.
