Kohima, December 21 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland, PB Acharya and his wife Kavita Acharya extended heartiest Christmas greetings and best wishes to the people of Nagaland. “Christmas is a season of great joy; a time for remembering the past and hoping for the future. It is also a time of joyous celebration with our family and friends”, the Governor stated. He urged the people to let the spirit of love gently fill the hearts and homes and uphold Christian values so that the Prince of Peace can live in us and rule Nagaland. Even as we enter the New Year let 2019 bring changes for the better in the life of every person and every family and let us with renewed confidence and pride march towards building a developed, economically strong and a prosperous Nagaland and a strong prosperous India. “Let us also have prayers for respectable solution of our problem and for permanent peace”, he added.
TR Zeliang
TR Zeliang, Leader of Opposition Nagaland Legislative Assembly has also extended Christmas greetings stating that “Christmas is a reminder of the great love the Lord has for all of us.” As we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, Zeliang wishes all the citizens of Nagaland a blessed and meaningful Christmas.
