Dimapur, December 17 (MExN): In order to provide a platform for local singers and musicians to showcase their talents and reach out to a broader audience, the Native Trax Society a music promotion group and organiser of the Music Awards of Nagaland is organizing a concert titled ‘Christmas with the Stars II’ on December 18 at 6:00 pm at City Tower Junction, Dimapur. The concert will feature the nominees of the music awards of Nagaland and other renowned artistes.
On the occasion, a Christmas album featuring nominees of the Music Awards of Nagaland will also be formally released by the chief guest, Dr. SC Jamir, former governor of Goa and Maharashtra.
Various talented upcoming artistes as well as seasoned veterans reflecting the various facets of music in Nagaland will perform at this concert to usher in the festive season. The Native Trax Society has invited everyone to attend the concert and “experience the spirit of Christmas through this free open air concert.’
The ‘Christmas with the Stars’ is an annual event which is great way for festive revelers to get into the Christmas spirit. “Visitors can join thousands of Dimapurians from all walks of life as they Christmas with carols giving them a chance to see Dimapur at its best and experience an evening that will capture their hearts so that they can take back fond memories and a positive impression of our city,” stated a note issued by Native Trax Society, general secretary Naro Aonok.
