Kohima: The Government of Nagaland has constituted a High Power Committee to examine various grievances and demands of the Directorate Ministerial Staff Association.
The terms and reference for the High Power Committee are to examine the NDMSA Service Rule, 2006 with particular reference to the reservation of posts for the district ministerial employees. The Committee will examine the gradation of pay vis-a-vis the Central 6th Pay Commission and other State Government Directorate and District service conditions, upgradation of posts of the ministerial cadre in the Directorate and any other relevant issues for the welfare of the Directorate employees.
The Committee constitutes of the following members: Rajiv Bansal, Principal Secretary, Youth Resources & Sports-Chairman; Member include Neihu C. Thur, Commissioner & Secretary, Transport; V. Kezo, OSD (Gen), Finance; K. N. Chishi, Secretary, Law & Justice; Kesonyu Yhome, Principal Director, School Education; Chanbemo Ngullie, Chief Engineer (Housing), PWD; and Chubasangla Anar, Additional Secretary, P&AR-Member Secretary.
The Committee shall submit the report within 2 (two) months from the date of the constitution of the Committee.
Guidelines for grievances of DMSA
The Department of P&AR has issued guidelines for submission of details by all departments in the format furnished, in view of the State Government having constituted a High Power Committee to examine various grievances and demands of the Nagaland Directorate Ministerial Staff Association. In order to examine in detail by the HPC, all Departments are requested to submit the relevant information to the P&AR Department on or before 23rd May, 2014 vide No AR-8/19/84(2) dated, Kohima the 5th May, 2014.
