Condolences pour in for Z Tokishe Sema

Dimapur, December 5 (MExN):  A series of condolences poured in on Monday following the demise of Z Tokishe Sema, Director of Information and Public Relations. 

 Advisor for IPR and Village Guards S Keoshu Yimkhiung extended his deepest condolences.

“During our short time working together in the department, I came to know that he was a man of action with full sincerity, selflessly rendering his service for the welfare of the department and the Government of Nagaland,” stated the Advisor. His selfless contribution and services to the people of Nagaland will not be forgotten but cherished forever, he added.

Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton also issued a message, stating that Z Tokishe Sema “died in harness while keeping guard the IPR citadel, which is the mouthpiece of government machinery and did his job well.”

On behalf of the state BJP legislators, the DyCM conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed to rest in eternal peace.

The press fraternity also mourned the demise of the DIPR Director.

In a message, the Dimapur Press Club stated that Sema was effective in his role as the head of the department and shared a good rapport with everyone.

“The DPC offers the bereaved family its sincere condolences during this period of mourning. May God grant his family and friends the strength and courage to endure this irreparable loss, and may his soul find eternal peace!” it said.

A message from the Kohima Press Club stated that Sema, as an officer of state IPR, was a well-wisher and an advocate of the welfare of the press fraternity. 

“In his demise, we have lost a father figure, a humble officer and a fine soul,” it said while conveying heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members. 

 “He was a humble officer and a down-to-earth person and his advocacy for the welfare of the press fraternity in Nagaland will always be cherished,” the Mokokchung Press Club stated in their message.

“The members of the Mokokchung Press Club request the bereaved family to kindly accept our heartfelt condolences and it is our prayer that Almighty God would grant them divine solace at this time of great loss and grief,” it added.
