Dimapur, December 29 (MExN): Dimapur Police on Monday has issued directive informing all candidates who have been provisionally accepted for the Physical/ Medical Standards Test scheduled from January 7 to 13, 2026 to compulsorily produce self attested photocopies of the mandatory documents as listed in the Advertisement for verification at NAPTC, Police Complex Chumoukedima.

January 5, 2026, 08:00 AM Onwards: All Female applicants regardless of Tribe and all Male applicants of Sumi , Pochury, Tikhir, Rengma, Zeliang, Khiamniungam, Phom and Chang Tribe.
January 6, 2026, 08:00 AM Onwards: All Male applicants of Ao, Lotha, Angami, Sangtam, Chakhesang, Yimkhiung and Konyak Tribe.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED FOR VERIFICATION
Proof of Educational Qualification: Class-6 Passed Certificate or higher for Backward Tribes, and Class-8 Passed Certificate or higher (for other tribes of Nagaland) from NBSE or any recognized Board of School Education in India.
Proof of Identity: Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving Licence, Certificate of Indigenous Inhabitant of Nagaland, Scheduled Tribe Certificate and Backward Tribe Certificate duly signed only by the District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner.
Proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate I Matriculation or equivalent Admit Card.
According to a press update on Monday, it informed that this exercise for document verification is conducted in view of the large number of candidates. Additionally, it stated that applicants who could not successfully upload the Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate / Scheduled Tribe Certificate / Backward Tribe Certificate in the Recruitment Portal must mandatorily produce both original and photocopies of the same during document verification at NAPTC, Police Complex Chumoukedima.
Furthermore, it directed the applicants to download their Admit Card generated in the Recruitment Portal, adding that this Notice shall be treated as information to all concerned candidates, and no further separate individual intimation shall be issued in this regard.
