Kohima, July 2(MExN): The Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Nagaland has informed that the CoWIN portal will open from 9:00 am onwards on July 4 for booking slots for vaccination appointments for the 18-44 years age group. Slots will be open for vaccination days scheduled from July 5 and 9, it said.
Along with the 45+ age group, onsite registration and vaccination will also be made available in the rural health units and outreach COVID-19 vaccination sessions for 18-44 age group, the department informed.
In this regard, the public has been informed to contact the respective District Immunization Officers/Medical Officers/ health workers/village chairpersons and colony chairpersons to ascertain the days on which COVID-19 vaccination sessions will be conducted. The department also appealed the public to maintain COVID appropriate behaviors.
