DIMAPUR, MARCH 7 (MExN): The unbecoming behavior of the 11 IRB jawans, who created a ruckus on March 5, at Sovima village precinct, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, thereby, inflicting injuries not only physically but also damaging the self- esteem, reputation and regard of the IRB as an elite and daring personnel, has been condemned by the Chakhroma Public Organization (CPO). A press release issued by the CPO General Secretary, Zhasa Vupru, for and on behalf of the CPO has sincerely urged the higher authorities to delve into the matter and initiate firm and impartial action against those erring jawans of the 11 IRB, so as to ensure that the public is spared from receiving similar unsolicited kicks and punches from our very own fellow law protectors in the days to come.
