Kohima, November 15 (MExN): The office of the Accountant General, Kohima will be observing the culmination programme of the yearlong celebrations of the 150 years of the institution of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India from November 16 to 17 at Kohima. Governor Nikhil Kumar will grace the inaugural function on November 16 at 10:30 am while chief secretary Lalthara will be the guest of honour.
Photo exhibition will take place on the same day at 11:45 am and cultural programme by NEZCCC at 2:30 am. Blood donation camp will take place on November 17 at 10:30 am with minister for health and family welfare Kuzholuzo Nienu as the chief guest and commissioner & secretary for health and family welfare Menukhol John as the guest of honour. The closing function has been scheduled at 3:00 pm with Major General B.S. Das, SM, Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North) as the chief guest. The occasion will also be marked by distribution of prizes by the chief guest to winners of essay/drawing competition conducted in all graduate colleges of Kohima and to children.
