Dimapur, March 3 (MExN): With the success of the dance workshop conducted last year and the demand from dance enthusiast to conduct more workshops or regular classes, the Abiogenesis Society is collaborating with Dance World Padatik, Kolkata to conduct regular dance classes from March 5 onwards by professional dance instructors from Kolkata at Abiogenesis Cultural Centre, House No-6, Angami Khel, Nuton Bosti, Dimapur.
A note issued by Abiogenesis Society informed that classes will be held for the following age groups-Juniors: Age 3 years to 6 years, Kids: Ages 7 years to 11 years, Teens Age 12 years to 17 years and Seniors: Ages 18 years upwards.
Dance World Padatik is one of India’s largest dance companies specializing in holding regular dance classes, short workshops as well as all types of dance events like corporate shows, private parties and wedding sangeet ceremonies, with three distinct divisions which are western (specializing in modern jazz, salsa and hip-hop etc.), bollywood and kathak - each of which have achieved excellence in their own respective areas. The company currently comprises of 60 full-time dancers who train over 4000 students and conduct over 300 events every year through India and abroad.
