Dimapur, August 16 (MExN): All the DPDB members of Longleng district are informed that the monthly DPDB meeting for the month of August 2011 will be held in August 24, 2011 at 11:00 am. The meet will discuss the finalization of LADP schemes for 2011-12 and normal DPDB business as usual in the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng. A press note issued by Libanthung Lotha, deputy commissioner, Longleng stated that it is also informed that both the Parliamentary Secretaries S. Pangnyu Phom and P. Dako Phom will be attending the meeting and desires to have meeting with the HoDs for appraisal of various projects, schemes and departmental activities. Therefore, all esteemed members are requested to attend the meeting positively and no sub-ordinate officers /staff shall be entertained except on medical ground. The note also said that in case the sub-ordinate officer attending on behalf of HoD, he or she should be answerable to any queries, explanation and presentations, in regard to the activities of the department.
