Tuensang, March 20 (MExN): DC, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant has revised the rates of commercial passenger vehicles to pre-lockdown rates with ‘immediate effect.’
“The DC has informed that the rates of inter-District/intra-District commercial passenger vehicles plying to/from Tuensang and within Tuensang Town are hereby revised back to pre-lockdown rates with immediate effect,” a DIPR report said.
All the categories of passenger vehicles are now being allowed to carry passengers with 100% passenger capacity, it said.
The DC also instructed all drivers and passengers to strictly follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines, it added.
Any person/group acting in violation of the order shall be liable to be punished as per relevant sections of the Law, the report said.
