Demand for Justice

The brutal murder of late T. Alemba Sangtam and his wife late Narola in cold blood on the 6th of February at Shamator is a pernicious reminder of the sorry State our beautiful Nagaland is turning into. How could someone just take another person’s life so boldly and casually-we don’t even do that to animals unless we have a definite purpose and our human life is far more precious to be even compared to animals.

Dear Naga National leaders this is the time to show that you truly stand for the peaceful interest of the Naga people and for us-the law abiding citizens. Perhaps, this is the time to renew and reaffirm that mutual trust and respect with your people.

Dear respected government of the “Land of Festivals” please do not show your exclusive condemnation and shock expressions with minimal action as in the past but rather initiate some bold and substantial action which will make us mighty proud and doubtlessly hold our head high whenever we talk of how our Government took action against those bloody murderers (sorry for the language but they sure are bloody) or for that matter to any criminals and defaulters.   However, if the prospective action doesn’t satisfy us then I’m reasonably sure that there will be public unrest everywhere and I will gladly join the unrest in any place for if I don’t, then I will be promoting Nagaland as a safe haven for goons, murderers, hoodlums and any other category that find difficulty in following public law and order.

The bottom-line therefore is don’t give us a vague assurance of ”we will not leave any stones unturned” as we are certain by now that all stones have been unturned with little solution; so blast the damn stones and give us JUSTICE otherw ise it will only be a fair bargain that, our humble government steps down on moral ground or any other ground that it seem fit unless peace and security is given to the citizens.
