•-The state bank of India at Kiphire really needs to re- organise the system and infrastructure at the earliest. The citizens coming for the withdrawal of their salary gets into such a mess. Forget about putting one’s feet inside the bank. One can’t even make a queue due to congestion created by the customers and lack of space inside the bank. To make the matter worse, there isn’t one ATM provided in the entire district, period. I, being a loyal customer of SBI is saddened to see that, one of the best and fully fledged government bank is in such a messy state. Apparently, the customers are suffering for the lack of infrastructure and unorganised counter. I must admit that it is a sheer ignorance and negligent of the authority from shying away to redress the grievances of the customers. In this regard, I on behalf of SBI customers would personally like to request the authority to reason and analyse the matter and act quick as possible. Hopefully, the authority will come out with remedy to relief the grievances of the customer, once and for all.
