Dimapur, September 24 (MExN): An Excise Narcotic Cell enforcement duty party led by Chuba Yim undertook a house search at Duncan Bosti, Dimapur and recovered 25 grams Heroin (Sunflower) on September 23. According to a press release from the Deputy Commissioner of Excise (NC) S Chanlei Angh, the team which also included H/constable Khrielevonuo and Constables Toheka, Tanghiu and Neizokholie, based on an intelligent tip-off, conducted the search and arrested one Alen Konyak (28). The arrested person was sent to judicial custody and booked under relevant section of NDPS Act 1985. The case is presently under investigation, the release stated.
