Dimapur, May 28 (MExN): In view of incessant heavy rainfall, the Dimapur police has informed general public not to commute between Dimapur and Piphema Kohima during night hours. Avoid such commute till further notice, added a travel advisory issued by Commissioner of Police Dimapur, Kevithuto Sophie.
