Kuhoi Zhimo, Dimapur Municipal Councillor inaugurates the Food Court (Food Plaza) at Dimapur Railway Station on August 5.
Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): The Food Court (Food Plaza) at Dimapur Railway Station which was “shut for a long time” has been reopened under a new management, Griham Food & Hotel Pvt. Ltd., a Kolkata based company on August 5.
The outlet was formally inaugurated by Kuhoi Zhimo, Dimapur Municipal Councillor from Ward no.5 in the presence of other dignitaries.
“This venture has provided employment opportunities for the local youths of Nagaland and will continue to do so as the business expands in the near future,” a press release received here stated.
However, the press release stated that the current “location is not very convenient for the passengers as it is situated a little out of the way from the main platform.” Hence, the Railway authorities have been requested to look into the matter and provide a takeaway outlet within the platform area.
