A press note issued by president of JSU Inchang Hiekha and president of JPYO Ituhangbe Hingleu stated that the two youth organsiations met and interacted with some of the officers and were happy to see the initiatives taken by them for further development.
However, the note stated: “…we were very much depressed and dismay to see some of the offices without their concern officers in the office and to our surprise some offices were functioned by peons and chowkidars and all these are against the interest of the public and cannot serve any purpose to the public if these things continue in the days to come. We therefore, request the concern officers to kindly do their humble duty for the benefit of the general public”.
The note also informed that the non-locals residing within the jurisdiction of Jalukie to register or renew the Jalukie Students Union Identity Card on or before September 17. Failing which any defaulter will be compelled to face the consequences as per the resolution of the union.
