Longleng, February 22 (MExN): The NSS Wing of Yingli Government College, Longleng, is set to host the Longleng district-level edition of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament–2026 on February 27.
In a press release, the NSS Wing stated that the event aims to channel the perspectives of the district’s youth on a pivotal moment in the nation’s political history.
This year’s Youth Parliament will deliberate on the theme, “50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy.” The session will provide a platform for young minds to engage with democratic processes, reflect on significant historical events, and articulate their vision for India’s future.
All young citizens of Longleng district between the ages of 18 and 25 have been encouraged to participate. Interested individuals may register by contacting Dr. Nurul Islam, Programme Officer, NSS, Yingli Government College, Longleng, at 8638203566 or 9436446502.
